Pump engines: Efficient, reliable, economic
MAN D 28 (cylinder bore 128 mm) diesel engines are designed to drive centrifugal pumps and deliver extremely reliably. They are powerful and cultured, reliable and economical, robust and have a long service life. The programme comprises in-line and V engines from 265 kW (360 hp) to 653 kW (888 hp), with power and rpm characteristics for specific requirements connected with the continuous, intermittent and emergency operation of centrifugal pumps.
