Planetary rear axles: Single and drive-through axles
For vehicles mainly used in off-road terrain, planetary hub-reduction rear axles are the obvious choice. They distinguish themselves by high ground clearance, transfer high tractive force to the rear wheels, are stable and have a high load capacity. MAN’s programme offers planetary hub-reduction axles as single drive ales and as drive-through axles for tandem-axle assemblies – also in 102” width for the American market.
